Common questions.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or plants?

Not the way we do it. Siding and roofs get a low-pressure soft wash with a cleaning solution that does the work, not the force of the water. We wet down and rinse your plants before and after.

How often should my dryer vent be cleaned?

Once a year for most households. Clean it more often if you have a large family, pets, or a long duct run, such as a dryer on an interior wall or second floor.

Do I need to be home?

For pressure washing, no. Just leave an outdoor spigot on and the gates unlocked. For dryer vent cleaning we need to get to the laundry room, so someone should be home.

Can you get red clay stains out of concrete?

Usually, yes. Fresh clay comes off with a surface clean. Old, set-in stains may need a separate treatment. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.

Can I book both services in one visit?

Yes. Choose both when you book online, or tell us when you call. Bundled visits cost less than booking each one separately.
